At Zend Consulting Services we respect your Privacy. Infact, we are obsessed with maintaining Privacy - both for the client and for the candidates. We have strict internal policy guidelines for all our employees and consultants to follow.

We do not share the client information with our candidates unless it is required so by the process. We may share the name of the client and location and certain details only to bonafide candidates. If we undertake a special assignment from our clients, we may discuss the name of the client with bonafide candidates only at the very end of the search process. We also undertake never to use the client names in any sort of advertisement – online or in any media unless we have specifically discussed the same with our clients.

We collect some personal / private information from our candidates and most times candidates choose to share a lot of their personal and Private information with us on their own volition. We do not share the details of the candidates with anyone – not even with clients – till we discuss the same with the candidates and the candidates have given us the go-ahead explicitly. We never ever send a profile to our clients directly without the knowledge of the candidate. We do not rent out contact details to anyone.

Many times we receive calls from potential candidates who have seen one of our Jobs posted somewhere online. They ask us the name of the client. Obviously, in such situations where there is no relationship as yet with the potential candidates, sharing the name of the client on the phone or mail is difficult if not impossible.
